“I’ve wanted to start my own business ever since I was 18, but it took years of ‘real world’ experience to find my calling in online marketing. After years of hearing and feeling the pain of potential customers previously disappointed with their current agency(ies!), then struggling to compare apples to apples with new potential partners, I knew I could provide both a better buying experience and better outcomes for business owners and marketing managers. I set out to build a better agency, one that is candid, experienced from top to bottom and provides outstanding customer service and reporting. Ten years later, I’m proud of the team I’ve assembled and what we’ve been able to achieve for our clients.
Another reason I founded Neon Ambition was to provide my family the freedom to pursue our passion for travel. The world is a big, beautiful place and we hope to see it all. I know our customers have their own families and desires to pursue their passions outside of the office. This is why our team works hard every day to ensure our clients are successful so that we can grow and thrive together.
I encourage you to reach out to see if we might be the right fit to help your business grow.”

What’s better than great customer service? Not much, in our books. From early life experiences with industry service leaders like Disney World and Nordstrom, our founder’s respect and appreciation for excellent service was born. We strive to bring the best customer service to our clients every day.
We could call it collaboration, cooperation, support, dependability or sharing, but we think partnership sums it up well. We view our relationship with our clients and agency partners alike as a true partnership where we come together to get the job done right.
Family comes first. We love what we do, and we love the families we support. Conversions, CPA and CTR are all super important from 9 to 5, but we try to never lose focus on what matters most.
We’re called Neon Ambition for a reason; not only are we ambitious in our efforts to become the best digital agency in the country, we also crave working with ambitious business owners. We love audacious goals and the fiery ambition that drives them!
The digital landscape changes fast, so a desire to keep learning is a requirement for our team. It’s not easy to keep up unless we are inherently curious about new ad types and technologies. We thrive on variety, and the challenge of learning new industries is what keeps our jobs interesting.
Our team averages nine years of experience working in online marketing. You don’t work at Neon Ambition unless you have already proven yourself in this industry.
Our founder will be your sales consultant, and it’s his reputation on the line when he makes a recommendation. He’ll provide candid advice about what strategies will and won’t work for the type of growth your company needs.
With two former Google Analytics team members on staff, you can trust we’ll measure your campaign’s success and ROI to the penny.
